This experiential workshop will teach you how to still the mind and listen to the body to learn new ways to navigate through life with awareness. You will be guided through exercises; learn practical techniques for developing and sustaining higher levels of awareness; receive individual instruction that will support moving through physical and emotional blocks. You will learn to use breath, meditation, and body movements to get unstuck and move towards wholeness. Mastering the Mind is a Whole Body experience.
